Momentum is designed as a local-first daily resilience ritual. This Privacy Policy explains how Momentum handles information in the current MVP.

Momentum may store the following information locally on your device:

In the current MVP, Momentum stores saved journeys, preferences, onboarding state, and optional first name locally on your device using device storage.

Momentum does not require an account for the MVP experience.

Momentum does not operate a backend service for saved journeys in the current MVP.

Momentum does not use an AI API in the current MVP.

Momentum does not sell personal data.

In the current MVP, saved journeys, analytics data, and app preferences are stored locally on your device and are not sold, rented, licensed, or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Momentum does not currently operate a backend service that collects personal user profiles or behavioral data.

Momentum may ask for permission to send local notifications after you save a journey. Notifications are optional and can be managed through your device settings.

Weekly care notifications are generated from saved journeys stored locally on your device.

Momentum may open a Spotify search URL when you choose to open a Momentum Track. Momentum does not use the Spotify API in the current MVP and does not store Spotify account information.

Your use of Spotify or any external website is governed by that service's own privacy policy.

Momentum does not currently collect:

Momentum's in-app analytics are calculated from your saved journeys on your device. They are intended to help you reflect on persona patterns over time.

Momentum does not currently send these analytics to a server.

Because saved journeys are stored locally on your device, deleting the app may remove locally stored Momentum data, depending on your device and operating system behavior.

Future versions may add more explicit data export or deletion controls.

Momentum is intended for a general audience and is not designed for children under 13.

Momentum is designed for reflection, self-awareness, and personal growth. Momentum is not a medical device, therapy service, crisis service, or substitute for professional mental health care.
